Where do we come from?
For over 15 years, leadership and organizational development have been my area of expertise as a trained psychologist. As a consultant, coach, trainer, and assessor, I have worked with over 1,000 leaders and supported teams and organizations across various industries. My work has resulted in five books and numerous articles for well-known media. Working, learning, and making progress with my clients is what fulfills me.

Personality not only influences our reputation or how we interact with others and our work style, but it also affects how we make decisions, evaluate risks and opportunities, interpret the behavior of others, and perceive our environment.
By understanding one’s personality, one can become aware of their own tendencies and learn to better understand those of others.
There are no inherently good or bad personality profiles. However, depending on the requirements of a job, some profiles may be more fitting than others. A less fitting profile may present challenges but also unique potentials that should be explored.
