    Agility / NewWork: Psychological factors & basics of agile working & agile coaching
    This training for internal consultants, agile coaches and HR or organizational developers teaches practical psychological basics with concepts and tools that participants can implement directly in their work. Topics include psychological mechanisms of action in the agile / NewWork concept, including motivation, performance, resilience and the role of personality. The formats with certification include:
