    In in-house training courses and courses with certificates, we support HR in building up expert knowledge and skills in the fields of talent acquisition, talent management and assessment management:

    An in-house training course lasting several days on the most important topics in work and organizational psychology. Topics include motivation and employee retention, strength-oriented job crafting and job design, recognizing and developing potential, promoting teamwork/team development and avoiding biases.

    Use of personality diagnostics in coaching Training for trained coaches and personnel developers. Insight into and overview of personality diagnostics, the procedures and their use in coaching. With certification on request.

  • HR Business Partner Qualification
    A multi-module in-house seminar with certificate, in which all HR Business Partner competency areas are taught, building on each other. Optional additional modules:
    - Personality analysis with coaching for individual personality and competence development
    - Systematic feedback integration through 360° feedback along HR competencies

    Agility / NewWork: Psychological factors & basics of agile working & agile coaching
    This training for internal consultants, agile coaches and HR or organizational developers teaches practical psychological basics with concepts and tools that participants can implement directly in their work. Topics include psychological mechanisms of action in the agile / NewWork concept, including motivation, performance, resilience and the role of personality. The formats with certification include:
    - eLearning
    - Face-to-face seminar
    - Digital live learning program
