    Our workshops and seminars are usually 1-3 days on one topic. Self-reflection (e.g. personality tests to identify strengths) or feedback via 360° feedback can be components.

    We prepare learning content specifically according to your needs and use webinars and/or eLearning formats to ensure that it is accessible for all.

  • Development of a division-wide or company-wide leadership program
    We design a tailor-made development program in close consultation with you. For the whole company, or just for one area (e.g. a business unit or function). These are usually multi-module programs, e.g. 4x2 days, with coaching and peer learning between the modules. We are happy to run the program for you with a team of trainers. However, we also work in tandem with internal trainers or hand over the program to internal implementation after a train-the-trainer session. If you have international branches, we also offer the program in English, as well as - if desired - locally in the national language. Here we work with an international network of trainers.

  • Expansion of existing offers for managers
    If you already have a management program or individual further training offers for managers, we are happy to expand these. For example, we can develop topic-specific supplements (e.g. on resilience, agile leadership, new work & modern leadership, psychology of change) in a 0.5 to 2-day format. We can conduct these or provide you with a train-the-trainer package.
